Project Background
Project Background
Nabolom Bakery is a beloved local bakery in Berkeley known for its artisanal baked goods and dynamic menu offerings. With fluctuating hours and a menu that varies depending on the time of day, the bakery faced challenges in providing consistent and timely service to its customers. The goal was to develop a mobile app that simplifies the ordering process for pickup, ensures customers are aware of the bakery’s current offerings, and reflects real-time changes in hours and menu items.

This project was completed as part of my Google UI/UX Certificate Program, where I applied UX design principles to create a practical solution for local businesses.

Project Goals and Limitations:
Project Goals and Limitations:
One key goal for this project was to align the app design with Nabolom Bakery’s existing website branding. Even though this app was developed as a personal project, I wanted to ensure that I was maintaining brand consistency as it's crucial for creating a cohesive user experience. This approach ensured that the app visually complemented the bakery’s established identity.
